Administration Guide
This section covers the administrative functions of AuditorIA, available to users with the Admin or Manager role.
User Management
AuditorIA integrates with Keycloak for user identity. However, users must be synchronized to the application database to assign specific application roles and track their activity.
Syncing Users
- Go to Settings > Users.
- Click Sync Users. This will fetch the latest user list from Keycloak.
- Newly registered users will appear in the table.
Role Management
Roles define what actions a user can perform within AuditorIA.
| Role | Description |
|---|---|
| Admin | Full access to all settings, users, and prompts. |
| Manager | Can view all audits, manage campaigns, and assign tasks. |
| Editor | Can audit calls manually and edit transcriptions. |
| Viewer | Read-only access to their own audits or assigned campaigns. |
Assigning Roles
- In the Users table, locate the user.
- Click the Edit (Pencil) icon.
- Select the desired attributes/roles.
- Click Save.
Prompt Configuration
The core of AuditorIA's intelligence lies in its customized prompts. You can tweak how the AI analyzes calls.
- Go to Settings > Prompts.
- Select the Campaign or Call Type you want to modify.
- Edit the System Prompt to change the instructions given to the LLM.
- Example: "You are a quality auditor for a sales team. Focus on objection handling."
- Save changes. Future calls will use the new logic.
