I cannot see an option the manual mentions

If the manual names a button, a filter, or a section and it is not on your screen, it is almost always because your account does not have that access enabled. It is not an application error, and it is not a manual error: AuditorIA shows each person only what their role, their assigned campaigns, and their operator ID allow.

This page answers three things: what access you have today, what you are actually looking at, and what to ask for so you can move forward.

Check what access your account has

  1. In the side menu, open Dashboard.
  2. Next to the greeting you will see two labels: your account role and your operator ID. If they read No roles assigned or Unassigned, that value has not been set for you yet.
  3. Open Filter by campaign.... Above the list it says how many campaigns your account is scoped to, or Global campaign access if there is no limit.

Those three values are everything the person who manages access needs in order to review your case.

info

The application does not show you the detailed permission list for your role. That list lives in Roles and Permissions, and you need administration rights to open it.

What you are looking at

What you seeWhat it meansWhat to ask for
Your account is pending approval when you sign inYour account exists, but it still has no role. Do not sign up again: it changes nothing.That a role be assigned to you.
The option is missing from the side menuYour role does not include that section.That the section be added to your role.
Unauthorized Access when you open a direct linkSame as above: the section exists, your role does not include it.That the section be added to your role.
The screen opens, but a button or a block is missingYour role reaches the section but not that specific action. No message appears: the action is simply not drawn.That the action be enabled for your role.
Everything is visible, but lists come back empty or incompleteThis is not a permission problem: you are missing assigned campaigns.That the campaign you need be assigned to you.
You cannot find your own casesYour account has no operator ID, or it has one that differs from the one recorded on those calls.That your operator ID be reviewed.

Who to ask, and what to tell them

Ask whoever gave you access to AuditorIA: your supervisor, or whoever administers the platform in your organization. Product support cannot solve it, because each organization distributes its own permissions.

Include these four items, which are what lets them fix it without asking you again:

  1. your username;
  2. the role and operator ID shown on the Dashboard;
  3. what screen you are on and what option you expected to see, using the name exactly as the manual writes it;
  4. what you need to do with that option.
