First login
Welcome to AuditorIA. This guide walks you through your first access in under 2 minutes — from receiving your credentials to landing on the dashboard.

~2 minutes for a full flow (entering the URL, first login, password change, optional MFA setup).
Prerequisites

Step 1 — Access the platform
Open the URL provided by your organization in your browser. The public landing page shows a product description and a Sign in button in the top-right corner.

Clicking Sign in takes you to the login screen, served by Keycloak (the identity provider). The page is split into two panes: an institutional message on the left plus the login form, and an animated visual with the AuditorIA brand on the right.
Step 2 — Enter your credentials
- Type your username (usually your corporate email).
- Type your temporary password.
- Click Sign In.
Account lockout
After 5 consecutive failed attempts the account is locked for 15 minutes. If that happens, contact your admin or wait for the timeout.
Step 3 — Change your temporary password
On first login, Keycloak forces you to set a new password. Rules:

Enter the new password twice and click Save.
Step 4 — Set up multi-factor authentication (recommended)
If your admin enabled MFA, you'll be asked to configure it:
- Install a TOTP app (Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, 1Password, Authy).
- Scan the QR code shown on screen.
- Enter the 6-digit code from your app.
- Save the backup codes in a safe place — they're your lifeline if you lose your device.
Backup codes
The backup codes are single-use and printed only once. Store them in your password manager or in a physical secure location.
Step 5 — Welcome to the dashboard
After login, you land on the Dashboard (Panel):

The dashboard is organized into four areas:

UI conventions
Familiarize yourself with the sidebar from day one to move around confidently:
- Dashboard — main screen with KPIs, analytics, alerts, and quick actions.
- All tasks — global list with sub-views Calls and Social Media.
- Upload file — manual upload, ZIP, or ZIP + CSV metadata.
- Your tasks — tasks assigned to you (Your calls / Your validated / Pinned / Chats).
- Manual audit — 3-step wizard to create an audit from scratch.
- 🔎 Search audios — unified search with filters.
- Reports — Daily Sample, Operator, Campaign, Cross & Skills.
- Campaigns — CRUD + 7-step wizard (General, Audio Sources, Tags, Sheet, Alerts, Processes, AI).
- Team management — Keycloak users, local operators, roles and permissions.

Troubleshooting
| Problem | Likely cause | Action |

| "Invalid username or password" | Wrong credentials or locked account | Click Forgot password or contact admin |
| Doesn't redirect after login | Cookies or JavaScript blocked | Enable both; try incognito mode |
| SSL error | Self-signed cert on-prem | Accept the certificate or ask admin for the CA |
| "Session expired" | Idle tab for >5 minutes | Refresh and log in again |
| MFA code not accepted | Clock skew between device and server | Sync system clock (NTP) |
