Alerts and review
AuditorIA can mark calls or chats that need attention. Alerts help prioritize sensitive cases, non-compliance, or situations that require follow-up.
Where alerts appear
You can find alerts in:
| Place | What it shows |
|---|---|
| All tasks | Calls with active alerts |
| Chats | Social media conversations with alerts |
| Task or chat detail | Case information and review status |
| Notifications | Notices when users or teams should be informed |
How to read an alert
An alert can indicate:
- The type of situation detected.
- Whether the case is pending review.
- The importance level.
- The related campaign and operator.
info
Alerts do not replace human review. They help organize priorities and bring attention first to the most important cases.
Review an alert
- Filter the list by Alert or search for the case.
- Open the task or chat.
- Read the full context.
- Decide whether it requires follow-up.
- If your role allows it, mark the alert as reviewed.
Common actions
| Action | When to use it |
|---|---|
| Filter by alert | To see only cases with a specific condition |
| Open detail | To understand the context before deciding |
| Mark as reviewed | When the case has already been analyzed |
| Mark for report | When you want to include the case in a report |
Best practices
- Review pending alerts first.
- Do not mark a case as reviewed if you have not read it.
- Use campaign and date filters to organize the work.
- Include cases that need follow-up in reports.
