Where alerts appear

You can find alerts in:

How to read an alert

An alert can indicate:

  • The type of situation detected.
  • Whether the case is pending review.
  • The importance level.
  • The related campaign and operator.

Alerts do not replace human review. They help organize priorities and bring attention first to the most important cases.

Review an alert

  1. Filter the list by Alert or search for the case.
  2. Open the task or chat.
  3. Read the full context.
  4. Decide whether it requires follow-up.
  5. If your role allows it, mark the alert as reviewed.
