Use the AI Agent
The AI Agent lets you query and analyze AuditorIA through a conversation. The same feature has two access points:
- AI Agent: the full workspace for managing conversations, returning to your history, and developing longer analyses.
- AI Assistant: the floating panel for chatting without leaving your current screen.
Both access points use the same conversations and respect the permissions, campaigns, and channels available to your user. Switching between them does not create a separate conversation.
Open the AI Agent
Open the full workspace
In the AuditorIA sidebar, click AI Agent.
The full workspace displays your history and lets you start a New conversation. Depending on your role permissions, it may also display controls for renaming or deleting conversations, selecting an enabled model, and viewing agent usage.
Use this workspace to return to an earlier thread, separate topics or time periods, and work with report context.
Open the floating AI Assistant
On screens where it is available, click the circular Open AI Assistant button in the lower-right corner.
The panel keeps your current screen in the background. From Assistant options, you can:
- select Start over to leave the current thread and begin another one;
- select View the full conversation in AI Agent to continue the same thread in the full workspace.
The floating button does not appear on /dashboard/agent, because that route already provides the full workspace.
Hide and restore the floating button
To hide it, right-click the button and select Hide assistant. The panel closes, but the conversation is not deleted.
A handle remains on the right edge of the screen. Click it to show the button again. The preference remains while you navigate or reload and resets when you sign out.
Ask a question
- Open the AI Agent or AI Assistant.
- Enter your request in the message box.
- Include the campaign, channel, period, operator, or expected result when relevant.
- Send the message and wait for the agent to finish retrieving information.
- Review the response and add a follow-up question if needed.
For example:
Find calls from North Collections that mention a promise to pay.Show me which criteria failed most often in this campaign during July.Compare these operators' results and prepare a chart.Build a report with a summary, trends, and cases to review.Review this campaign's settings and suggest an improvement.
If a response is interrupted, retry or rephrase the request. Do not send the same request repeatedly while the agent is still showing activity.
What it can do
Available capabilities depend on your role, channel, assigned campaigns, and deployment configuration.
Find and analyze information
The agent can help you locate accessible information about calls, chats, audits, operators, campaigns, and reports. It can also prepare summaries, comparisons, trends, rankings, and criterion analyses.
When it mentions a case or AuditorIA section, it may include a link to the corresponding screen. Open cited items before making an operational decision.
Calls and chats do not always provide the same metrics. State the channel when it matters, and confirm that the sample used matches your request.
Prepare charts and files
When your role has this capability, the agent can present charts, multi-section reports, and CSV or TXT files. Generated charts and reports can be downloaded as PDF files.
Before sharing a file, verify the campaign, period, channel, relevant filters, and sample described in the response.
Propose changes
The agent can help you review settings and, when your role allows it, propose changes to campaigns, scorecards, processes, or other available options.
A read-only question can be answered directly. A change displays a proposal card with Confirm and Cancel:
- Read what will change and which campaign or item it affects.
- Select Confirm to request the change or Cancel to discard it.
- Verify the result in the corresponding screen.
Confirmation does not bypass permissions. AuditorIA checks your user's scope again before executing the action, so a proposal may be unavailable when a required permission or campaign assignment is missing.
For the complete screen-based workflows, see Configure campaigns and Quality scorecards.
Work with report context
Context lets you start a conversation from a specific report or tracked report. It does not replace your question: always state the metric, comparison, or result you need.
From the full AI Agent workspace
- Click Adjuntar contexto de reporte next to the message box.
- Select a saved Seguimiento or the type of report you want to prepare.
- If AuditorIA opens the report, set its filters and use Confirmar contexto del chat.
- Review the attached context and explain what you want to analyze.
These controls are currently displayed in Spanish. The floating panel does not currently show this menu. If you started in the AI Assistant, select View the full conversation in AI Agent and attach context there.
From a report
On views that display Charlar sobre este reporte, use that action to open the AI Agent with the available context. This access is available on campaign reports, operator reports, comparisons, and selected-task reports when the user has the required permissions.
Do not assume that every visual state on the screen is transferred. Before using the response, review the attached context and restate any decisive filters in your message, such as period, channel, campaign, operators, or selected cases.
Manage conversations
The full workspace lets you keep multiple conversations for unrelated analyses.
- Use New conversation to begin a different topic.
- In the panel, Start over keeps the previous conversation in history and prepares a new thread.
- View the full conversation in AI Agent opens the current thread, not a copy.
- Closing or hiding the panel does not delete the conversation.
- Rename, delete, and clear-history options appear only when the role has the corresponding permissions.
If the AI Assistant warns that the thread is too long, start a new conversation. In long threads, older parts may no longer be included in the context used for a response.
Required permissions
Administrators configure access under Admin > Roles. Use Buscar permiso por nombre to find routes and features, even when they appear in different visual groups.
- The full workspace requires access to
/dashboard/agentand theuse-ai-agentfeature. - The floating button additionally requires
use-ai-assistant. - Attaching reports requires the agent report-context feature and access to the corresponding report and channel.
- Creating charts or files, managing conversations, selecting models, and viewing usage depend on additional features.
- Retrieving data or confirming changes remains limited by the campaigns, channels, and permissions required by the requested operation.
Do not assume that enabling the chat grants access to the entire platform: the agent does not replace the permissions used by regular screens. See I cannot see an option the manual mentions.
If it is missing or cannot complete a request
AI Agent is missing from the sidebar
- Check that the role has access to
/dashboard/agentanduse-ai-agent. - Sign out and back in if an administrator has just changed the role.
The floating button is missing
- Check
use-ai-agentanduse-ai-assistanton the role. - If you are on
/dashboard/agent, use the full workspace: the button is hidden on that route. - If you hid it, look for the handle on the right edge.
An action, report, or item is unavailable
- Review assigned campaigns and channels.
- Check the permission for the action or report you are trying to use.
- Confirm that the deployment has the requested capability enabled.
- Rephrase the request with an explicit campaign, channel, and period.
- If the agent proposes a change but cannot apply it, use the regular screen or contact an administrator.
