Access operators
Go to Team management -> Operators.
info

| Create operator | Register an operator that does not exist yet |
| Edit data | Correct basic information |

Search and filter
The list lets you search operators by visible data. This helps when there are many records or when the same operator participates in several campaigns.

- Click Create operator.
- Complete first name, last name, and contact details.
- Associate the relevant campaigns if the form asks for them.
- Save the changes.
tip
Before creating an operator, search by name, email, or ID. This helps avoid duplicates that can later confuse reports and audits.
Link to a user
In some cases, an operator also needs to sign in to AuditorIA. You can create or link that user from the same team management area.
| Case | What to do |
|---|---|
| The operator is only audited | Keep the person as a local operator |
| The operator must enter AuditorIA | Link the operator to a user |
| Campaign change | Review the associated campaigns |
