What's new in AuditorIA — April to July 2026
· 3 min read
Over the past few months the platform shipped major features: the AI Assistant, WhatsApp chat imports, voicebot auditing, saved reports with comparison and alerts, and a revamped account system with MFA and invitations. Here are the highlights.
AI Assistant
A conversational assistant built into the platform, available from the floating button:
- Ask your data: criterion compliance, sentiment by campaign or agent, volume rankings, a 360° agent profile and score trends — the assistant queries your real audits and answers with evidence.
- Multi-section reports exportable to PDF, with crisp charts, requested in natural language.
- Guided actions: create campaigns, configure audio sources or request an API key, always with your confirmation before any change.
- Deeplinks in answers: every call, chat, report or campaign it mentions is a direct link.
- Multiple grouped conversations with history; each role defines what the assistant can do from Admin > Roles.
New channels to audit
- Import WhatsApp chats: upload a WhatsApp export (Android or iOS, attachments included) from Upload file — the import wizard detects the scorecard, suggests the agent and creates audits in the background, with live totals and status.
- Auditable voicebots: ElevenLabs voicebot conversations flow through the same audit pipeline as calls.
Audits and quality
- Validation with auditor assignment: a pending-validation queue with per-campaign assignment.
- Batch re-transcription and re-audit, plus configurable automatic retries for failed transcriptions.
- Tag regeneration when the AI result doesn't convince you, with contextual guidance.
- Fairer "not applicable" criteria: they no longer count against compliance percentages.
- A campaign's spam rule can now be applied to historical data with one click.
- Fragmented calls: upload a conversation split across several audio files and AuditorIA merges, transcribes and audits it as a single call, with naming-convention support.
Reports and dashboard
- Saved reports: save a report view, compare periods and set follow-up alerts.
- Multi-agent reports and chat campaign reports.
- AI chat about a report: attach the report context and ask away.
- Per-campaign customizable KPI cards in the audit view, plus a validated-audited-minutes card.
- Cross/Skills dashboard with a score column and per-channel approval rate.
Search and tables
- Customizable columns in All tasks and My tasks, with per-user saved preferences.
- Multi-value filters (campaigns, users), filtering by client name and document, and quick task search.
- The client's original file name now shows across listings.
Accounts and access
- MFA (TOTP) with QR enrollment, invitation links for user registration, forgot password with email reset, remember me with extended sessions and a configurable password policy.
- Revamped Admin > Team: real MFA status per user, active sessions (with remote sign-out), suspend/reactivate and required actions.
- Revamped role editor: permission search, diff confirmation before saving and permission-change auditing.
- UI language selectable per user (Spanish, English, Portuguese).
- White-label branding for your instance.
Integrations
- SFTP audio source configurable per campaign: default agent, file naming conventions and assignment modes — including agent identity from the containing folder.
- Net2Phone: setup aligned with the external API, with the webhook URL ready to copy from the campaign.
- External API + MCP: AI agents (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot) can connect to AuditorIA via MCP with OAuth for audit, report and cross-view queries.
- Native Neotel ingestion and improved S1 Gateway sync.
Stability and security
- Ongoing security, performance and stability improvements across the platform, including encrypted offsite backups.
